The Exploration of Void series is an introspective look into the self and the feelings of emptiness that we sometimes feel inside. Through this series, we explore ways that the self finds meaning to sustain its journey through life.
Miss Bliss is part of Exploration of Void 2, a chapter focused on escapism. She represents those moments where you step away from everything, even briefly, just to disconnect from the noise. The void in her body is intentional. It’s not meant to be hidden, but filled with small joys that act as personal escapes.
Each Miss Bliss comes with a swappable small joy held in place by magnets, allowing the figure to change depending on how you choose to escape in that moment. The void stays the same, but what fills it can shift.
Miss Bliss is a quiet reminder that escapism can be simple, personal, and ever changing.

Miss Bliss represents the moment you step away from everything, even briefly, just to disconnect from the noise.
The joy inside her acts as a doorway. Calm radiates from the core, giving her the space to disappear from the noise, if only for a moment.
Eventually, she returns. The noise is still there, waiting but she carries a little of that escape back with her, until it's time to step away again.
LIISA TUULIKKI, an artist and designer based in Helsinki, with occasional time spent working in Paris. My practice combines slip cast ceramics and acrylic painting, bringing together traditional craftsmanship, collectible culture, pop art, and contemporary visual influences.
A central part of my work is creating ceramic art toys that merge character design, storytelling, and sculpture. Working with porcelain allows me to explore the space between fine art, collectibles, and designer toys, creating pieces that are both playful and carefully crafted.
This approach led to the creation of BUNBUN, a curious and slightly mischievous bunny whose world continues to grow through new stories and adventures. BUNBUN is inspired by themes of joy, curiosity, and appreciation for life's small moments. Through limited editions, unique variations, and thoughtful details, the character's universe expands with each new release and the introduction of new companions.
My work is available throughout Europe through selected art toy stores and museum shops, including Artoyz and STRAAT Museum Shop, as well as through my online shop.
Since graduating from Aalto University with both BA and MA degrees in Arts, I have run my independent studio practice full time. My background in Contemporary Design, with a focus on ceramics, continues to shape my work, where object, story, and packaging are considered equally important parts of the artistic experience.
